These coat & hat racks are made of solid oak| not veneer or wood grain vinyl coverings. The racks are finished in either light oak or dark red mahogany state-of-the-art finish. The sturdy 1×2 oak hat rack bars are mortised into sides and locked in place with screws. There is a one inch diameter chrome steel hanger bar. Plugs are included to cover wall mounting screws.
